If you are planning a mixed business/ pleasure activity, AV Special Events is under exclusive contract with PeachTree Islands, a beautiful outdoor site in the middle of a peach orchard under 1 hour from the Antelope Valley. Santa Clarita or Bakersfield.

Vista De Lago features an indoor facility, outdoor social area and breathtaking view of a pristine lake. It is just south of the Palmdale area, minutes from the Antelope Valley, and Hesperia. Well under 1 hour from the Santa Clarita region.

Antelope Valley Fairgrounds

The Antelope Valley Fairgrounds offers two large buildings, the Poppy (Capacity 2,200 ) and JP Eliopulos Pavilion )Capacity 1,200). Also available are two smaller buildings, the Van Dam Legacy Hall and the Waste Management Community Hall (Capacity 150).

John P. Eliopulos Hellenic Center

The facility has two rooms available, the large main hall, and a smaller meeting room. The large hall is designed for large scale events and features a bar and dance floor. The smaller meeting room caters to your business meeting needs.

Larry Chimbole Cultural Center

The Manzanita Ballroom will accommodate up to 270 people for a dinner/dance, 300 for dining and 350 with theater-style seating.

The Primrose Room offers a pleasant atmosphere for meetings, luncheons, dinner parties and receptions. Amenities include a serving counter and dumbwaiter access to the ballroom kitchen. The room will accommodate 40 people with seating at 30-inch round tables.

Suitable for meetings, the Lilac Room will accommodate 50 people with theater-style seating or 30 people with classroom-style seating.

Ideal for smaller conference-style meetings, the Sage Room will accommodate 20 people.

The Joshua Room is used for recreation programs, instructional classes and occasional meetings. It will accommodate 50 people with theater-style seating or 30 people with classroom-style seating.

With its fountain and gazebo, Poncitlán Square is an excellent location for outdoor wedding ceremonies, reception photos and intimate gatherings
